  • 4 cups marshmallows
  • 4 oz. graham crackers, or other cookies
  • 3 oz. Milk Chocolate, chopped, I used Droste pastilles
  • 1 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 4 oz. caramel fudge

Instructions

  • Place your grill dish in front of you and cover with a layer of marshmallows.
  • Divide the cookies and chocolate on top
  • Then add some mini marshmallows as a filling
  • A second layer of marshmallows, cookies and chocolate
  • Finish with the caramel fudge
  • Place the dish on the BBQ for about 5 minutes until the marshmallows have turned fluffy. Serve immediately
