- ½ cup milk
- 2 egg yolks, L

For the topping
- 10 fresh basil, leaves, torn into strips
- 5 sprigs Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only

Make a ball, press it flat, wrap it in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
